Career History / Professional Recognition Clifford has been a Top Producer since beginning his commercial investment real estate career in 1977. In 1995 he was awarded the Transaction of the Year award from the San Diego CCIM Chapter. Before moving to San Diego in 1988, Clifford had active involvement in real estate development in Hobbs, New Mexico, where he owned and operated a full service real estate company.
