David Anderson

David Anderson joined Lee & Associates in 2005. He is dedicated to providing clients with the most professional service possible, specializing in investment sales of self-storage facilities throughout Southern California. David is currently working on attaining his CCIM designation by July of 2007.

David has been involved in real estate and income properties as well as businesses for over 20 years as a principal, and has 15 years of senior-level managerial experience with business, telecommunications and Internet companies. David's expertise is in providing hands-on leadership and direction for corporate and business development, marketing/sales, and strategic planning. He is adept at identifying investment opportunities, partner companies, negotiating and closing major contracts and deals, as well as developing and monitoring business relationships at the highest levels.

David attended St. Michael’s Seminary in San Clemente, CA, attaining a Master of Ministry.

He graduated from the Intercultural Open Multiversity in Denver, CO, with a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Business Administration
