Steve Bruce

Steve Bruce is a Principal in the Lee & Associates-North San Diego County office, specializing in self storage investment sales. Prior to joining the Lee & Associates self storage team, Mr. Bruce specialized in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties, investment properties and land sales in North San Diego County. During his career at Lee & Associates, Steve has secured a transaction volume in excess of $185 million. Mr. Bruce has been a consistent top producer, earning an Achiever's Award in 2007, 2008 & 2009, as well as being named Rookie of the Year in 2005-2006.
