Tim Powell

Tim Powell joined Lee & Associates in 2007. He is a consummate professional who has valued public service in the past and now values investment sales service for your better future. Having been a leader in the US Navy's communication Intelligence field, and a leader in Orange County Probation's Juvenile Corrections field, he is now becoming a leader in the investment sales of self-storage facilities throughout Southern California and Arizona. Tim is currently working on attaining his CCIM designation.

Tim has a B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University with an emphasis on Business Administration, Business Ethics, Communications, Human Resource management, and Biblical studies. He first started a career holding a Top Secret clearance in the US Navy's communication Intelligence field. Later, after finishing his Biola degree, he moved into the Juvenile Corrections field and then on to commercial real estate investment. Under Clifford Crowe and David Anderson's tutelage he is fast becoming a self storage investment sales specialist.
